NEET Calc Tool is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the National Testing Agency (NTA), the Ministry of Education, Government of India, or any official NEET conducting authority. We are an independent educational resource.

Your official NEET results, ranks, and all admission-related information will be published ONLY by the National Testing Agency (NTA) on their official website: neet.nta.nic.in. All college admissions and counseling are conducted by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) at mcc.nic.in and respective state counseling authorities.

3.3 Accuracy and Reliability

While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our tools and content, we make NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS regarding:

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
